We had the most fantastic time at Legoland, Windsor. The weather was brilliant and there were surprisingly less people than we anticipated. We covered almost 3/4 of the rides there ... most of the time the queue took no longer than 10 minutes. Our strategy was to start with the rides located at the furthest end of the park (there was a train going through the park, which a great relief to the children), then slowly moving towards the main entrance i.e. going against the flow. Definitely a satisfyingly wholesome experience esp. for the kids ... most importantly, worth every penny spent on the tickets!  . Recommended to those who have toddlers......

The highlight of the trip, the waxwork museum... paid 40 quid (2 pounds more than the standard price for each adult) for the entry, but it was worth it coz we didn't have to queue for hours. Kids went in for free....
Moral of the story: take your kids for trips while they're still small!
